HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

• Average transit times to Europe: 7-10 business days.
• Average transit times to International: 7-14 business days.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, carriers may experience unforeseen issues. We do not guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes—we provide tracking for every order. Tracking details will be available once your product ships. Items may be shipped from different global fulfillment centers, as we source quality, affordable products through our research team.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order with no penalty if done within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already shipped, email us at zhangzhixin2005@outlook.com with the subject line "CANCEL."

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS！

If you misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. Notify us immediately at zhangzhixin2005@outlook.com—we can correct valid address errors within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We ship every item with extra padding, but ~1 in 1,000 products may arrive damaged due to mail service mishandling.

If this happens:

• Provide your order number.
• Share a photo of the damaged product.

Once received, we’ll send a free replacement.
